Title: Smoked Salmon Pizza Bh&g

Yield: 4 Servings

1 16 oz pizza shell (or fresh
  Pizza dough)
2mdTomatoes, very thinly
  Sliced
3ozThinly sliced, smoked salmon
  (lox style)
4ozSliced provolone cheese
1/2cCrumbled semi-soft goat
  Cheese
  Fresh marjoram sprigs
  (optional)

Place bread shell on large baking sheet. Arrange the tomato slices, then salmon, then provolone on top. Sprinkle with goat cheese or feta. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 11 to 13 minutes or till heated through. Garnish with fresh marjoram sprigs if desired.

variation: top pizza with roasted garlic.
